As the International Children''s Day on June 1, filled with innocence and hope, arrives, Henan Jiarun New Materials Co., Ltd. officially launches the "Warm June 1 • Books Warm the Home" Employee Children’s Reading Care Program. We pay tribute to every hardworking Jiarun family member with exclusive reading benefits, guard children’s growth with caring actions, and convey the humanistic warmth of the company.

Education is the cornerstone of growth, and reading is the beacon of the soul. This care program vividly reflects the company’s culture of valuing knowledge and learning, as well as its people-oriented management philosophy. We deeply understand that behind every employee lies the expectations of their family and the dreams of their children. The vigorous development of the company cannot be separated from the diligent efforts of every Jiarun member, nor from the silent support of employees’ families. Therefore, we extend our care to employees’ families, focusing on the reading growth of children under 13 years old (inclusive). We provide eligible children with a special study grant of 61 yuan, earmarked exclusively for purchasing learning books such as extracurricular readings, picture books, classics, and popular science books. This helps children start their reading journey, deepen their knowledge, broaden their horizons, cultivate moral character, and grow toward the sun through reading.

The program covers all regular employees, probation employees, and frontline on-the-job employees. Meanwhile, we encourage employees to share warm photos of their children buying books and reading with this grant.
